Cafe: The cafe will be serving breakfast, light lunch options and full dinner throughout the weekend as well as after the meeting. Open 0830-1030, 1230-1430, 1700-1900, 2100-2230
For full details go to:

Cars: Cars will only be allowed into the camping area and all accommodation areas to be unloaded. For safety reasons, once unloaded they must be moved (slowly, via the one way system) to the parking field as soon as possible and not returned to the camp until loading immediately prior to departure.

Dogs: We regret that no animals, other than guide dogs (which must be pre-registered with the office), can be allowed on site.

Drugs and Alcohol: We have a zero tolerance policy toward illegal recreational drugs and anyone found in possession will be required to leave.
You may bring on site sensible quantities of alcohol for your own use.

Emergencies and Fire: In the event of a fire or other life threatening emergency on site please raise the alarm by shouting to those nearby and ensure that someone contacts the required emergency service on 999 asap – address Lenchwood Christian Centre and contact Site Manager asap. The evacuation point is the main car park at the front of the farmhouse. Delegates should not attempt to fight fires in the accommodation and camping areas, and there is no equipment provided to do so.

First Aid: In the event of an individual requiring first aid that they are unable to self-treat then this will be managed by that individual’s church first aider.
In the event of a serious injury or life threatening incident, please either attend the walk-in unit in Evesham (0900-2100), attend Accident and Emergency (Worcester) or dial 999. There is a small team in place on site to offer support, should it be required.

Freezer Packs: There is a freezer for us to use in the laundry room. Please label your freezer packs.

Noise: Please be considerate of children sleeping and keep noise to a minimum after 2100 when around people’s tents.

Safeguarding: A copy of our Safeguarding policy can be found at

Security: The site includes a public right of way and so is not “closed”. Please bear this in mind when considering valuables and children. Delegates will be identifiable through coloured wristbands. Venue team members will have lanyards.

Shopping: An onsite shop will stock the essentials (bread, milk, toilet rolls, medicines, etc.) that you might need whilst onsite.
